If you're email is hosted by Kraneware Solutions, you can access your account via IMAP using almost any modern email client. Below is a walkthrough for Microsoft Outlook, but can be easily applied to the email client of your choosing.

Open MS Outlook, click on Tools -> Account Settings...
!! IMPORTANT !!
If, after completing this tutorial, you are experiencing problems, check again the following items:
Failed User Authentication Error?
Your username must be your
full email address!See Tutorial #5
Sending Email Error?
You must click
My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication!

In the Email tab pane, click New...

Check the box next to Manually configure server settings or additional server types, then click Next >

Ensure Internet E-mail is selected (default), then click Next >

Enter your Name.
!! IMPORTANT !!
Your username must be your
full email address!
Enter your E-mail Address. This should include "@yourdomainname.com".
Ensure IMAP is the selected Account Type.
Enter "mail.kraneware.com" in Incoming mail server.
Enter "mail.kraneware.com" in Outgoing mail server (SMTP).
Enter your User Name. This should include "@yourdomainname.com".
Enter your Password.
!! DO NOT MOVE ON !!

With a User Name entered, the More Settings … button will appear.
!! IMPORTANT !!
You must click More Settings!
If you cannot send email,
this is your problem!

Click the More Settings … button.

In the More Settings … dialog, click the Outgoing Server tab.
!! IMPORTANT !!
You must click
My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication!
If you cannot send email,
this is your problem!
Click the box next to My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.
Keep the default Use same settings as my incoming mail server selected.
Click OK.

Click Test Account Settings … before continuing.

Wait while Outlook tests the Account Settings.
Once completed successfully, click Close.

Click the Next > button to continue.

Congratulations! You have set up your IMAP email account in Outlook.
